These terms and conditions lay down the procedure of ordering, payment, delivery and complaints on products offered on this site.

ORDERING

Ordering can be  done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Supplier ie. the Seller is Amo dizajn JJ d.o.o.  The Buyer of goods is a web shop visitor who chooses at least one product, puts it in the cart, pays by credit card and sends the order to the Seller. Goods are considered ordered when the Buyer makes payment. On www.amds-jeans.com web shop the Buyer may purchase all products contained on the website of the Seller.

Customers can be adults residing in Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Finland who accept our terms and conditions, as evidenced by the order of items in the web shop. Minors, totally or partially incapacitated persons may order items only with the consent of their legal representative.

Subject to printing errors. In case of incorrect price or text in web shop, the  relevant price or text will be communicated by the operator ie., by an Amo dizajn JJ d.o.o. employee.

We supply exclusively in the territories of Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Czech, Polish, Germany, Bulgaria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Finland.

All prices are listed in Euros (€), VAT included. The stated prices in the web shop are for guidance only and are converted into the Croatian national currency, kuna (HRK) at the time of payment.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After the purchase the Customer will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation notice containing all the statutory details.

PAYMENT

The Buyer shall pay ordered products inluding shipping expenses (if any) to the Seller with credit card on the Seller's website via WSpay Paymet Gateway using American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard or Maestro cards. In the event the Buyer orders goods and refuses to receive them, the Seller shall be entitled to seek from the Buyer the compensation of postage and handling expenses.

 

             

Payment method:

Payment by credit cards: American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. When ordering via the Internet the credit card number and its expiry date must be specified.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Terms of delivery

Ordered items will be shipped by courier service. Delivery will be made within 7 business days after receipt of payment.

If you received a notice of the arrival of the consignment from the courier service, you may call them to  arrange a later delivery. It is possible that some of the ordered items have an extended delivery date or are sold out.We shall endeavor to deliver all ordered items in a single package. If due to stockthis is not be possible, we reserve the right to deliver in multiple packages.

Delivery by courier service:

Shipping costs amount to:

  • € 7.5 for Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
  • € 10.00 for Italy, Denmark, France, Great Britain and Ireland.
  • € 18 for Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Finland.

at no additional cost.

Free delivery

Free delivery is provided for orders above € 120 of order value of goods (excluding delivery).

Other terms of delivery

Products will be packaged in such a way  that they can not be damaged by normal handling during transport. When taking over the product,the Buyer is required to check for any damage and immediately complain to the courier who delivered the goods or refuse to take over the package with visible external damage.

The goods are insured against the loss during shipment. Upon receiving the goods the Buyer is required to sign a delivery note which the courier service takes as confirmation of the takeover.

If goods are not available, the Seller will notify the Buyer (in writing or by phone) about possible delivery date. The Buyer may then agree to a new delivery date or cancel the order. If the buyer cancels the order, the Seller will refund no later than 30 days following the day when the delay occurred.

TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT, COMPLAINTS AND REFUND

Unilateral termination of the agreement

Pursuant to Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Consumer has the right, without providing reasons, to a unilateral termination of agreement within 14 days following the delivery of goods into possession.

The rights and responsibilities of consumers are identified on Information sheeton the right to a unilateral termination of purchase agreement which the users may find (here).  The information sheet also identifies rights and obligations of the trader in the event the user exercises its right to a unilateral termination of the purchase agreement.

In the event of a unilateral termination of the agreement you have the right to return goods within 14 days following acceptance. Please be sure to attach the form for a unilateral termination of the agreement to the goods, otherwise we will not be able to process a received complaint. Upon receipt of the goods and the form, the Seller will return the money to the Buyer within 14 days. Relating to a unilateral termination of the agreement, the Buyer bears the cost of shipping the items to the Seller.The Buyer also bears the cost of impairment caused by its handling of the goods. The Buyer is required to submit to the Seller the name and address of the bank and SWIFT and IBAN number so that the Seller may return the money to the Buyer.

Complaints

If the Buyer receives the product with a defect and / or inadequate size, it has the right to return the goods to the Seller. The Seller bears the cost of shipping the product at returning, and ships the correct product to the Buyer at its own expense. If the Seller does not have the right product on stock, the Seller shall return the money to the Buyer.

Please return the items delivered in a set (eg. a suit, packaging with several pieces of underwear, etc..) in the same way as they were delivered.

In the case of abuse of the right to complain or excessive percentage / amount of complaints in relation to the goods charged to a customer, we reserve the right to cease further cooperation.

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Promotional activities do not apply to existing orders and can not be combined with other specials and discounts.

DECLERATION OF SECURITY WHEN PAYING

WSPay applies the most modern standards of data protection - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption and MD5 algorithm. ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between WSPay system and the authorization centers of credit card companies is done in a private network that is protected from unauthorized access by a double layer  of firewall.

 

   

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

We are committed to protecting customers' personal data in a way that we collect only the necessary, basic information on customers / users that are necessary to fulfill our obligations; we inform the customers on the way we use  collected information and regularly give customers an option on how their dana shall be used, including the decision whether or not to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.

All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and available only to those employees who need such information to perform their duties.
